十九种兰科植物根的内生担子菌

摘    要:从产于云南和福建的19种兰科植物的根中分离到内生担子菌株26个,均为不育菌丝,无锁状连合,其特征类似于从其他兰科植物根中分离到的兰科丝核菌类(orchidaceousrhizotonias)真菌。根据菌落和菌丝的特征,将上述分离物划分在角菌根菌属(Ceratorhiza)瘤菌根菌属(Epulorhiza)和念珠菌根菌属(Moniliopsis)等3个属中进行了描述。

Abstract:Roots of 19 species of orchids collected from Yunnan and Fujian provinceswere observed for mycorrhizal fungi, and 26 strains of basidiomycetous endophytes wereisolated. The isolates were steri1e without clamp connections with their characteristics being similar to those of orchidaceous rhizoctionias isolated from other orchids reported.They are described in the light of colony and mycelial characteristics under three genera: CeTatorhiza, Epulorhiza and Moniliopsis.
