添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对仔猪生产性能的影响

摘    要:试验选择16窝8日龄杜长大三元杂交哺乳仔猪,按分娩日期、产仔数相近的原则随机分成4组,每组4窝。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮添加0.01%金霉素,试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)饲喂基础日粮中添加0.01%、0.05%和0.10%的枯草芽孢杆菌,研究枯草芽孢杆菌对仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,饲喂枯草芽孢杆菌的试验猪与金霉素对照组相比,仔猪平均日增重明显提高、腹泻发生率得到降低,枯草芽孢杆菌各组均高于金霉素对照组;枯草芽孢杆菌以0.10%添加为最好,但各组间均差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,枯草芽孢杆菌对提高仔猪生产性能有良好的效果,枯草芽孢杆菌完全能够替代饲料中的金霉素。

Abstract:Test selection 16 wo duroc×landrace×big white 8-day-old grew up in three-way cross suckling piglets, according to birth date, litter size were randomly divided into four similar groups of four nests. The control group (Ⅰ) basic diet supple mented with 0.01% fed aureomycin, test group (Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ) feeding basic diet supplemented with 0.01%, 0.05% and 0.10% of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus subtilis on the study production performance of piglets. The results showed that Bacillus subtilis test feeding pigs with chlortetracycline compared with the control group, piglet average daily gain significantly increased the incidence of diarrhea have been reduced, Bacillus subtilis aureomycin in each group were higher than the control group; Bacillus subtilis with 0.10% added as the best, but all groups were no significantly different (P> 0.05). The conclusion of Bacillus subtilis on improving the production performance of piglets with good results, Bacillus subtilis was fully capable of an alternative feed chlortetracycline.
