| 摘 要： | 以脱毒甘薯豫薯8号试管苗为试材，对三角瓶内外的快繁进行了研究。结果表明：三角瓶外快繁不仅能降低成本，省时省工，而且在苗的质量上也优于三角瓶内快繁，移栽到大棚后，适应快，长势好，成活率高。

| Abstract: | After we have studied the quick reproduction of the plantlet of virus-free sweet potato Yushu No.8 inside and outside containers,we found that the quick reproduction outside containers not only save money,labour and time,but its quality is superior to inside containers.After they are transplanted in the greenhouse,they can grow better and their survival rate are raised greatly. |
