| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆实施知识服务是知识经济时代的必然要求,是实现可持续发展的动力源,是图书馆基本职能的延伸和发展,通过知识挖掘、组织、开发和应用,最大限度地实现知识的功能与效益;图书馆实施知识服务,要为教学提供优质服务,为重点科研项目提供定题服务,为学科带头人提供个性化服务,图书馆员要熟练运用计算机网络等新技术,掌握知识导航能力,实现从一般图书工作者到新型知识工作者的转变,才能适应网络环境对图书馆员的要求。
