农机化发展的动力和速度

本文着重论述农机化发展的动力和速度.指出推动农机化发展的直接动力—社会生产需要.决定农机化发展速度—综合经济效益和农村经济发展水平.而人口增长过快、资金和能源不足是其主要制约因素.因此,对发展农机化应采取螺旋式迂回渐进的策略,通过适度规模经营.逐步建立和完善能实现“低耗持续农业”目标的农机系统和经营机制.从而促进农业系统形成综合的生产力.

The Motive Force and Velocity of the Development of Agricultural Mechanization

The paper dealt with the motive force and velocity of the development of agri- cultural mechanization in order to help workers who were engaged in agricultural mechinery and impatiantly eager for realization of agricultural mechanization.It was pointed out in the paper:the requirement of social production was the direct motive forces which enhanced development of agricultural mechanization;the efficiency of comprehensive economy and level of economic development in rural area determined the edvelopmental velocity of agricul- tural mechanization;and the most important elements which confined the development of agricultural mechanization were rapid increment of population and deficiency of money and energy resources.Therefore,in order to realize agricultural mechanization,the strategy, which was auger and gradually advancing,must be followed to establish and complete the system of agricultural meehinery and mechanism of management,the aim of which was to realize continuing agriculture with low consumption,by the aid of management with moder- ate degree.Thus,agriculture could be promoted to form synthetical production force.
