发酵抑制剂对紫花苜蓿青贮发酵品质的影响

摘    要:本试验以紫花苜蓿为研究材料,探讨添加发酵抑制剂对其乳酸菌数量和青贮品质的影响,试验设置了对照、甲酸(0.5%、0.8%)、丙酸(().5%、0.8%)、Silo guard(0.05%、0.1%)7个处理,调制青贮饲料,30d后开封并取样分析。结果表明,添加剂甲酸和丙酸(0.5%、0.8%)在一定程度上抑制了紫花苜蓿青贮饲料乳酸菌(LAB)的生长繁殖,乳酸含量较低,但pH值、氨态氮占总氮比例(NH3-N/TN)、丁酸含量均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),明显改善了紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质。发酵抑制剂Silo guard(0.1%)也使pH值和丁酸含量显著下降(P〈0.05)而对乳酸含量没有明显影响。

Abstract:A laboratory-scale experiment was conducted using Alfalfa to evaluate the ensiling effects and LAB counts of different additives which including Fabric acid (0.5%,0.8%), Propionic acid(O.5%,0.8%)aud Silo guard(O.O5%,0.1%).At the end of the ensiling period (30days),the silages were sampled for fermentation quality, chemical composition and LAB counts analysis. The results showed that the treatment of 0.Ol%Lalsil Dry could increase the in vitro digestibility of ADF(P〈O.05). The LAB of Alfalfa silage would be inhibited in some extent and the concentration of Lactic acid decreased when Fabric acid and Propionie acid were added at the rate of 0.5% and 0.8% respectively,In addition, the pH value,Ammonia Nitrogen/Total Nitrogen (NH3-N/TN) and Butyric acid content decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Lower pH value and Butyric acid content were also observed by the treatment of 0. l%Silo guard(P〈O.05).
