摘    要:随着转基因技术的不断发展,转基因水稻食用安全和环境污染问题日益引起人们的关注.本文从转基因水稻的安全性考虑概述了标记基因和目的基因的选择和应用,共转化法、位点专一性重组法、转座子介导重组法和双右边界T-DNA载体法等从转基因植株中剔除标记基因的原理和具体操作过程,荧光标记基因、磷酸甘露糖异构酶基因、阿拉伯糖脱氢酶基因等作为正向选择生物安全标记基因的应用情况,以及AtSTP3、Rubisco、Wx等特异表达启动子在安全性方面的最新研究.并对实现转基因水稻规模化生产的可能途径进行了讨论.

Abstract:With the rapid development of transgenic technology, the problems concerning environmental pollution and food safety for the transgenic rice have been attracted more and more attentions from the public around the world recently. The ways and the mechanisms, which including co-transformation, site-specific recombination, recombination system mediated by transposon and the double fight-border binary vectors for eliminating selectable marker genes, the screening principles and the utilization of bio-safety marker gene involving fluorescent protein gene, pmi gene and atlD gene as positive selectable marker gene, and the specific expression promoters, including AtSTP3 promoter, Rubisco promoter and Wx promoter in the procedures office transformation, were summarized from the angles of solving the safety problem of transgenic rice. The possibility for the large scale production of the transgenic rice was also discussed in this paper.
