摘    要: ‘赣丰辣玉’是辣椒一代杂种。生长势较强,株形紧凑,中熟。果实牛角形,味中辣,青熟果绿色,生物学成熟果鲜红色;果实纵径18.5 cm,横径3.3 cm,肉厚0.3 cm,平均单果质量47.0 g,维生素C含量0.73 mg · g-1,干物质含量8.36%。鲜椒产量38 ~ 60 t · hm-2。抗病,耐湿热,适于长江流域春夏露地栽培和大棚秋延后栽培。

Abstract:‘Ganfeng Layu’is a new mid-maturing hot pepper hybrid. It has strong growth with compact plants. The fruit is horn shaped,and middle pungent with green skin and bright red skin in maturity. The fruit is 18.5 cm in length,3.3 cm in width,0.3 cm in flesh thick. The average fruit weight is 47.0 g. The vitamin C content is 0.73 mg · g-1. The dry matter content is 8.36% in fruits. The yield of fresh fruit is about 38–60 t · hm-2. It is resistant to diseases and tolerant to high hot-wet. Appropriate cultivation area is in the Yangtze River Valley for spring summer cultivation in open field and autumn delayed culture in greenhouse.
