| 摘 要： | 为了解2个南瓜品种的光合生理生态特征与差异,对苗期的光合指标进行了测定,并对净光合速率与其影响因子的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:南瓜旋复和南瓜蜜本的净光合速率、光合有效辐射、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均呈单峰型变化,旋复和蜜本的胞间CO2浓度均呈U形变化,叶温均呈倒U型变化。偏相关分析和通径分析表明:对旋复净光合速率影响的主要因子及其影响顺序为光合有效辐射>气孔导度>胞间CO2浓度,表明对净光合速率起直接主要作用的因子是光合有效辐射;对南瓜蜜本净光合速率影响的主要因子及其影响顺序为胞间CO2浓度>光合有效辐射>叶温>气孔导度,表明对净光合速率起直接主要作用的是胞间CO2浓度和光合有效辐射。
