黑木耳漆酶酶学性质分析

摘    要:从12个黑木耳菌株中筛选出一株黑木耳漆酶高产菌株——地茂1号,对其进行Native—PAGE,发现其含有3种漆酶同工酶。对其发酵液进行酶学性质分析,发现地茂1号在液体培养基中第11天酶活达到最大,为382.6U/L,最适温度为50℃,最适pH值为3.2,温度及pH稳定性较好。

Abstract:Dimao 1 with high production of laccase was screened from twelve strains of Auricularia auricular.The native-PAGE analysis showed that it possessed three kinds of laccase isoenzymes.The analysis on the enzymatic properties showed that the laccase activity arrived at the highest level of 382.6 U/L after Dimao 1 strain was fermented for 11 days in liquid PDA medium,and the optimum temperature and pH value were 50℃ and 3.2 respectively for laccase activity.The laccase production of Dimao 1 was more stable to different temperatures and pH values.
