| 摘 要： | 采用悬滴法在15%蔗糖 0.1%硼酸的培养液上对97个梅花品种花粉的萌发率进行了测定和比较,结果表明,不同梅花品种及同一品种不同年份的花粉生活力均存在差异:97个品种中,粉瓣果梅、大宫粉等17个品种的花粉萌发率高达50%以上,寒红、银红台阁、粉红朱砂、桃红朱砂、磨山垂碧5个品种的花粉完全败育。另外,花粉数量和花粉生活力存在一定的相关性,花药散粉量越大,花粉生活力越高。

| Abstract: | With 97 cultivars of Prunus mume,pollen germination rate is tested by dropping method.The culture medium is 15% sucrose 0.1% H3BO3.Results indicate that pollen activity of different cultivars and the same cultivars in different year are obviously different:the activity of 17 cultivars is over 50%,such as P.mume Fenban Guomei and P.mume Da Gongfen.P.mume Hanhong,P.mume Yinhong Taige,P.mume Fenhong Zhusha,P.mume Taohong Zhusha and P.mume Moshan Chuibi are totally abortion.There is a correlation between pollen quantity and its activity. |
