| 摘 要： | 地市级土地利用规划信息系统是全国四级土地利用规划信息系统的重要组成部分，它联系着省级系统和县级系统，具有承上启下的作用。研究地市级土地利用规划信息系统，对提高土地利用规划工作的信息化水平，完善全国的土地利用规划信息系统体系，实现规划管理工作的一体化办公和规划数据的互联共享具有重要的现实意义。本文选用MAPGIS7.0、Visual Basic 6.0和 SQL Server 2000作为系统开发工具，采用集成二次开发方法，以客户机/服务器（C/S）作为系统的体系结构，设计开发了系统的数据库和系统的功能模块。本研究对推动地市级土地利用规划信息系统的建设有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Municipal land-use planning information system is an important part of four levels in national land use planning information system.The researching is helpful to perfect the national land-use planning information system.This paper selected MAPGIS7.0,Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a system development tool and made use of the integrated secondary development theory.According to the features of municipal land-use planning,based on and client/server system structure,the database of system and the function modules of systems are designed and developed. This study is helpful for promoting the building of the municipal land use planning information systems. |
