八角茴香精油及其主成分对棉花枯萎病菌的拮抗作用

目的]研究八角茴香（Illicillm verum Hook.f.）精油及其主成分对棉花枯萎病菌的抑制作用。方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法制备八角茴香精油,气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）法分析精油化学成分,柱层析法分离纯化单体成分,生长速率法测定八角茴香精油及其主成分对棉花枯萎病菌的菌丝生长抑制率。结果]GC-MS分析结果表明,八角茴香精油的主要化学成分为反式茴香醚,其含量高达94.57%;八角茴香精油及反式茴香醚对棉花枯萎病菌的菌丝生长有明显抑制作用,抑制中浓度（IC50）为0.50~1.00μl/m。l结论]该研究结果为新型植物源抗真菌类物质——丙烯基苯类衍生物的开发和利用奠定了理论基础。
