| 摘 要： | 思想素质教育是班主任工作的核心，其重要意义不仅在于提高学生的思想道德素质，而且能使学生得到全面发展。班主任工作是学校的基础工作，对学生的培养、发展、分配等都具有十分重要的作用。因而是班主任工作是学校管理工作的重中之重。
