| 摘 要： | 为进一步推动宁夏马铃薯种薯产业健康、稳定和可持续发展,了解宁夏地区马铃薯脱毒试管苗带有病毒残留的基本情况,本研究对宁夏银北和银南地区11个主要的马铃薯脱毒试管苗品种利用RT-PCR技术分别了检测PVX、PVY、PVS和PLRV4种常见病毒。检测结果显示:宁夏银北和银南地区马铃薯脱毒试管苗主要品种均不带有PVX、PVY、PLRV病毒,但是银北和银南地区的庄薯3号均带有带有PVS病毒。

| Abstract: | In order to further promote the potato chips in a healthy, stable and sustainable development, nderstand the potato virus-free in Ningxia tube seedlings carry the virus, the basic situation, his study to Ningxia silver YinNa area north and 11 major potato virus-free tube seedlings varieties of RT-PCR technology to PVX PVY, PVS and PLRV four common virus detection. Test results show that the north and YinNa area of Ningxia silver potato virus-free tube seedlings main varieties are not with PVX, PVY, PLRV virus, But YinNa areas of the north and silver Zhuangshu3 have potato with PVS virus. |
