菜心细胞质雄性不育系配合力分析

摘    要:以菜心2个细胞质雄性不育系为母本,7个自交系为父本,配成10个杂交组合,对F1代单薹质量及其他生物学性状进行差异显著测验和品种比较,结果表明,组合间小区各性状存在极显著差异和显著差异。就单薹质量而言,组合269、271最大,其他生物学性状优良,是个极其优良的杂交组合。另外,266、267、268单薹质量也较大,主要生物学性状表现中等,也是较优组合。组合274、273单薹质量最轻,病株率高,其他生物学性状表现不好,应淘汰。

Abstract:The experiment used 2 cytoplasm male sterility lines as maternal parent of cabbage and 7 inbred lines as paternal parent to make up 10 cross combinations,to do single plant weight of F1 and other biology characters significant difference test.The research showed that there were very significant difference and significant difference on each characters among the composes.As the single plant weight for example,269、271 are the best and their other biology characters are also very excellent,they are suitable compose,and the single-plant-weight of 266、267、268 are also better,so as the other biology character.They are also better composes.The main caulis weight of 274、273 are the worse,may be eliminated.。
