山西野生沙棘结实性状和果实营养成分研究

摘    要:
了解沙棘种质资源特性是其种质创新和良种选育的基础。为给沙棘资源的开发利用和良种培育提供理论依据,分别从山西省沙棘野生资源重要分布区的右玉、交城、古交和沁源共采集了45个沙棘单株的果实样品进行观测与分析,比较分析了不同单株、不同采样地区、不同颜色果实的结实性状(结实密度、果实横径、果实纵径、果形指数、果柄长度和百果质量)和营养成分(可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、VC和黄酮含量)及其差别,并对其性状特性与营养成分间的相关性进行了分析。观测结果表明:采集于交城的27号单株在结实特状和果实外观品质上的表现均最优,果实中的可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、VC、黄酮含量均最高的单株编号分别为10、7、32和27号;不同地区沙棘的结实密度、果柄长度和果实中VC、可溶性固形物含量间均存在显著性差异,其中采集于古交的沙棘果实其结实密度最大,采集于沁源的沙棘果实其VC含量最高,采集于古交的沙棘果实其可溶性固形物含量最高;不同颜色沙棘果实间其百果质量、结实密度、果实横径和纵径均存在显著性差异,黄色果的百果质量最大但结实密度最小。相关性分析结果表明:果实中的黄酮含量与VC含量间呈极显著正相关,而与可溶性糖含量间呈显著负相关。

Fruiting characters and nutrient components of wild Hippophae rhamnoides in Shanxi

Abstract:
Understanding characteristics of Hippophae rhamnoides (seabuckthorn) germplasm resources is the basis of germplasm innovation and selective breeding. In order to provide a theoretical base for development, utilization, and improved variety cultivation in H. rhamnoides resources, fruits from 45 individual plants were collected in Youyu, Jiaocheng, Gujiao and Qinyuan, which were important distribution areas of wild H. rhamnoides resources in Shanxi. Fruit characteristics (fruit density, fruit transverse diameter, fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit shape index, fruit stalk length, 100-fruit mass) and nutrient components (soluble solids content, soluble sugar content, titratable acid content, VC content and flavonoids content) in fruits with different colors from different individuals, different sampling regions were measured and compared. Correlations between fruit characteristics and nutrient components were analyzed. The results showed that No.27 individual plant from Jiaocheng had the best fruiting characteristics and fruit appearance quality, and individual plants with the highest contents of soluble solids, titratable acid, VC and flavonoids were No.10, No.7, No.32 and No.27, respectively. Fruit density, fruit stalk length, VC content and soluble solid content in H. rhamnoides fruits from different regions were significantly different, among which fruit density from Gujiao was the highest, VC content in fruits from Qinyuan was the highest, and soluble solid content in fruits from Gujiao was the highest. Hundred fruit mass, fruit density, fruit transverse diameter and fruit longitudinal diameter had significant differences between H. rhamnoides fruits with different colors. Yellow fruits had the highest hundred fruit mass and the lowest fruit density. The results of correlation analysis showed that flavonoids content in fruit had a significant positive correlation with VC content in fruit, and a significant negative correlation with soluble sugar content in fruit.
