基于Pro/ENGINEER的伐木头进料辊设计

摘    要:近年在森林抚育采伐中,联合伐木机伐木头进料辊存在进料不稳的缺点.利用Pro/ENGINEER(CAD/CAM/CAE一体化的三维软件)对联合伐木机伐木头进料辊进行三维建模,并通过虚拟装配和运动仿真,完成对该进料辊的虚拟样机设计.最后确定进料辊的齿轮辊套的圆周工作面采用弧形齿凹形表面结构,在齿轮辊套和辊轴本体之间设有压缩弹簧.多面实体运动包络模型最大长度1 308 mm,最大宽度645 mm,最大高度706 mm,两个进料辊在采伐作业过程中无碰撞.结果表明,该进料辊设计结构合理并且能解决进料不稳的缺点,缩短装备开发周期和减少研发费用,并为后续研究提供良好基础.

Abstract:According to the harvesting process of forest tending in recent years, it was found that the feed rollers of harvesting head fed trees unstably. A three-dimensional model of feed rollers of harvesting head was established by Pro/ENGINEER. By virtual assembly and movement simulation, the virtual design was completed finally. It's finalized that the circumference surface of gear sleeve of feed rollers is curved tooth concave surface. Compression springs was set between the gear sleeve of feed rollers and the body of feed rollers. The maximum dimension of the trace envelope of the harvesting head is as follows: length 1308mm, width 645mm, and height 706mm. Two feed rollers had no collision in the harvesting process. The result showed that the structure of the feed roller is reasonable and solves the shortcoming of unstable feeding. In addition, the design shortens the development cycle, reduces the cost, and provides a good foundation for future study.
