陕西关中平原地区适栽羊肚菌菌株筛选试验

为明确陕西关中平原地区地区适栽羊肚菌菌株，本试验收集了10株羊肚菌菌株，从羊肚菌子实体农艺性状、产量及主要营养成分三个方面进行分析，以期筛选出适于本地区栽培优良菌株。结果表明：（1）10个不同菌株栽培后所得的羊肚菌子实体产量差异性显著，菌株 401和菌株 8号的鲜重和干重较其他品种具有明显优势；（2）子实体农艺性状方面有差异，从个头、重量和商品性三个方面分析，菌株8号、菌株 401 较其它菌株有显著优势；（3）羊肚菌子实体主要营养成分含量有差别，10个羊肚菌品种的粗纤维、多糖含量和总氨基酸较高，而脂肪含量较低。综上所述，菌株401和8号两个品种相对适宜在陕西关中平原地区进行栽培。

Screening of an esculent morchella strain suitable for planting in Shaanxi Province's Guanzhong Plain

In this experiment, 10 strains of esculent morchella were collected in order to determine the suitable strains for cultivating esculent morchella in Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province, and the agronomic characters, yield, and main nutritional components of the fruiting body of esculent morchella were analysed in order to screen out the excellent strains suitable for cultivation in this area. The results show that: (1) The fruiting body yield of esculent morchella differed significantly after ten different strains were cultivated, and the fresh weight and dry weight of strain 401 and strain 8 were clearly superior to other varieties. (2) The agronomic characteristics of fruiting bodies differ. Strains 8 and 401 have significant advantages over other strains in three dimensions: size, weight, and commodity. (3) The main nutritional components found in the fruiting body of esculent morchella differ. The crude fibre, polysaccharide, and total amino acid content of 10 Esculent Morchella varieties are higher, but the fat content is lower. To summarise, strains 401 and 8 are relatively suitable for cultivation in Shaanxi Province''s Guanzhong Plain.
