摘    要:设计了基于单片机的鸭蛋破损声脉冲检测敲击装置硬件系统与软件系统;阐述了总体结构、箱体设计、敲击杆设计、单片机控制系统以及软件工作流程;通过红外发射接收接口,实现敲击频率与敲击力度的调节。该装置工作无噪声且性能稳定,为鸭蛋破损自动化检测提供了可靠的保证。

Abstract:A Knocking Equipment of detection of cracked-shell duck-eggs based on acoustic plus signal by SCM was developed including its hardware and software subsystems. The general scheme, design of case body, knocking stick, SCM control system and software working flow were described. By infrared sending and receiving interface, it was convenience to adjust the knocking frequency and knocking force. The equipment workings no-noise and reliability provided strength support for auto-detection of cracked-shell eggs.
