| 摘 要： | 二战后日本快速完成农村劳动力转移,形成以兼业农户为主的农户结构。为保障本国稻米的高度自给,日本政府采取了一系列措施,实施价格补贴、推行灾害保险、实行关税保护等。中国与日本的农业生产条件十分相似,通过具体分析日本的稻米保障政策,在借鉴其成功经验的基础上,提出了保障中国粮食安全的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | After the Second World War, Japan quickly completed the transfer of rural labor force, as a result, its household structure was focused on multiple occupations farmers. In order to keep a high degree of rice self-sufficiency, Japanese government has taken a series of measures, such as carrying out price subsidy, practicing disaster insurance, implementing tariff protection and so on. China and Japan have a lot of similar conditions of agricultural production, the authors analyzed Japanese rice support policy, on the basis of its successful experience, then put forward some measures and suggestions on guaranteeing China＆#39;s food safety. |
