| 摘 要： | 盆栽接种试验表明,侵染甘薯的腐烂茎线虫对花生具有显著的致病性.该线虫可以侵染花生的根系、果针和荚果,果针受害最重,影响饱果率和荚果重量.不同花生品种对腐烂茎线虫的抗性和症状表现出一定的差异.

| Abstract: | The pathogenicity of sweet potato stem nematode(Ditylenchus destructor) to peanut(Arachis hypogaea) was confirmed by inoculation test in pot with peanut plants.The nematode infected the roots,pegs and pods of peanut,and reduced the number and the weight of pods.Peanut pegs suffered seriously from the nematodes.The differences in the symptoms and resistance of the peanut varieties to sweet potato stem nematode were showed by inoculation test. |
