| 摘 要： | 高标准农田建设是人类利用自然和改造自然的措施,是社会经济发展到一定阶段解决土地利用问题的必然选择。高标准农田作为当前的热点话题和新生事物,一些基本概念和原则存在着模糊、界定不清的问题。对高标准农田相关概念、高标准农田建设相关概念进行了界定,对高标准农田建设的科学内涵和外延进行了剖析,可供相关设计与研究人员参考。

| Abstract: | Construction of high-standard farmland is the artificial measures of using and transforming nature, is the inevitable choice for solving the land use problems while social and economic development reaches a certain stage.As the current hot topics and new things, some basic concepts and principles of high-standard farmland were fuzzy and indistinct definition.In this paper,the related concepts of high-standard farmland and its construction were defined.The scientific connotation and extension of high-standard farmland construction were analyzed.It can provide reference for relevant designers and researchers. |
