摘    要:本文介绍了内蒙古冀东水泥矿区水土流失基本情况,以建设项目分区为单元探讨了水土流失量的预测,分析了露天矿水土流失量研究观念的转变、矿区生态重建的基础理论,对矿区水土流失的特点、范围、时间尺度进行了界定,在此基础上,提出了开发建设项目水土流失量的预测不能模糊的针对总矿区,而应以集水分区为单元进行综合评估,才能合理布置综合治理措施,进行彻底治理的技术性途径。

Abstract:The basic circumstance of water and soil erosion in Ji-Dong mineral area in Inner Mongolia was introduced,the prediction of water and soil erosion quantity was discussed,basic theories on the change of concept about water and soil erosion quantity and ecosystem reconstruction in the opencast mine were analyzed.At the same time,it defined the characteristics,scope,time dimensions of water and soil erosion in the mineral area.On the base,that the prediction of water and soil erosion quantity can't only aim for the mineral area,but should valuate synthetically taking the gathering area of water as the unit was put forward.Only to do this,the reasonable control measures can be arranged to control water and soil erosion thoroughly.
