NaCl和Na2SO4胁迫对玉米杂交种子萌发的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4对玉米杂交种子郑单958和丹科2162发芽的影响。结果显示,中低浓度的不同盐分均可以使玉米种子萌发,只有高浓度的盐分才能明显的抑制玉米种子萌发,但不同浓度的不同盐分都能显著抑制萌发种子的生长,并且NaCl对玉米种子萌发和生长的抑制要大于Na2SO4。盐分胁迫对丹科2162的影响要小于郑单958。

Abstract:The paper studied the influence of maize Zhengdan958 and Danke2162 germination on different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4.The result showed that low concentrations of salt can make different maize seed germination,only high concentrations of salt can significantly inhibit the germination of mazie seed.Different concentrations of different salt can significantly inhibit the growth of seed germination.NaCl on maize seed germination and growth inhibition than Na2SO4.the impact of salt stress on Danke2162 was less than Zhengdan958.
