排球多元组合训练的生理生化监控及实施研究

摘 要: | 目的:对四川男子排球队备战2014-2015联赛的多元组合训练方案进行生理生化监控和实施研究,为提高我国男子排球训练水平提供数据参考。方法:以四川男子排球队员为研究对象,对比分析两个赛前训练周期的训练安排,并监测其血液Hb、CK、BUN、T和C变化。结果:队员的Hb、CK、BUN、T和C值随着训练安排不同而出现变化,2014-2015排球联赛赛前训练安排要优于2013-2014排球联赛赛前训练,且成绩大幅提升。结论:综合运用Hb、CK、BUN、T和C指标能监控运动员机能状态,合理安排训练计划和评价训练效果;四川男排2014-2015赛季独特的多元组合训练具有多系统刺激、训练持续时间长且不宜疲劳等优点,可在短期内提高运动员成绩;从四川男排训练效果来看,生理生化监控下的多元组合训练法或对提高我国排球训练的整体水平有借鉴意义。

Application of Biological Monitoring in Multi-Combination Training of Men's Volleyball Team in Sichuan Province |

Abstract: | Physiological and biochemical monitoring was taken for the training of men''s volleyball team in Sichuan province before the volleyball league 2013-2014 and volleyball league 2014-2015, and then compared two of the pre-competition training schedule and competition results. The results show that the content in the blood of Hb, CK, BUN, T and C have changed with the training intensity and load, and the training arrangement of 2014-2015 was better than the training arrangement of 2013-2014. These finding suggest that multi-combination training can improve athletes'' performance in a short time, and this method combined with physiological and biochemical monitoring may be effective for the training level of the Chinese men''s volleyball. |
