摘 要: | ![]() 目前抗虫转基因玉米产品的检测方法主要有PCR(聚合酶链式反应)和ELISA(酶联免疫吸附法)等;鉴定方法主要有抗生素鉴定法和直接接虫鉴定法。随着抗虫转基因玉米的大面积商业化种植,其所带来的生态安全问题也不可忽视,包括花粉漂(飘)移,对非目标害虫、土壤生态系统和蝶类昆虫的影响等。

Abstract: | ![]() The current methods to detect the insect-resistant transgenic corn are PCR(polymerase chain reaction) and ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay),while the common identification methods include the antibiotics identification and the direct access to insects.With the extensive planting of insect-resistant transgenic corn,some ecological problems were brought about,such as pollen drift and harms to non-target pests,soil ecosystems,as well as some insects such as butterflies. |
