| 摘 要： | SSR(simple sequence repeats)分子标记技术作为一种新世纪遗传学研究工具,已被广泛应用于生物遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、分子标记辅助育种、种质真伪和纯度鉴定等研究中,成为生物资源利用、开发和保护常用的方法和技术。
