微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定千里光中微量元素

摘    要:目的]分析千里光药效与微量元素的关系,为阐明其药理作用提供一定的理论依据。方法]利用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定汉中千里光中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、Zn、Mn 7种微量元素的含量。结果]微波消解法操作简便快速、样品消解完全、空白值低、环境污染小;火焰原子吸收光谱方法选择性好,准确度高,回收率为98.2%~102.9%。样品测定结果显示,汉中千里光中富含K、Ca、Mg、Fe 4种微量元素。结论]微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法可用于测定汉中千里光中微量元素含量。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the microelements and the efficacy of Senecio scandens Ham and provide some theoretical basis for elucidating its pharmacological function.Method] 7 kinds of microelements including K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Na,Zn and Mn in S.scandens in Hanzhong area were detected by the microwave digestion-FAAS.Result] The method of microwave digestion was easy,rapid and accuracy in the operation,and had advantages of complete sample digestion,low blank value and less environmental pollution.The FAAS method had good selectivity and high accuracy,with the recovery of 98.2%~102.9%.The sample determination showed that S.scandens in Hanzhong area was rich in 4 kinds of microelements including K,Ca,Mg and Fe.Conclusion] The method of microwave digestion and FAAS could be used to determin the microelements in S.scandens in Hanzhong area.
