纤维弧菌的低温纤维素酶研究

摘    要:[目的]为低温纤维素酶的开发利用提供参考。[方法]以纤维弧菌2-3-a为试验材料,对其分泌的纤维素酶的酶学性质进行研究。[结果]该纤维素酶的热稳定性较差,60℃时的半衰期为15 min。酶的最适反应温度为40℃,0℃时残留酶活力为最适反应温度时的60%;最适反应pH值为5.0,属弱酸性纤维素酶。[结论]纤维弧菌2-3-a分泌的纤维素酶属于典型的低温纤维素酶。

Study on Cold-adapted Cellulase from Cellvibrio

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to provide the reference for development and utilization of cold-adapted cellulase.[Method] Cellvibrio 2-3-a was taken as the tested material,the enzymatic properties of cellulase from it was studied.[Result] The thermal stability of the cellulase was poor with half-life of 15 min at 60 ℃.The optional reactive temperature of the cellulase was 40 ℃,and its enzyme activity at 0 ℃ was 60% of that at the optional reactive temperature,its optional reactive pH value was 5.0,so the cellulase was weak acid cellulase.[Conclusion] The cellulase from cellvibrio 2-3-a was the typical cold-adapted cellulase.
