疏水缔合阳离子淀粉絮凝剂的制备及其絮凝性能的研究

摘    要:目的]制备新型的疏水缔合阳离子淀粉絮凝剂,研究其絮凝性能。方法]以淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺,乙酸乙烯酯为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,少量乙醇为互溶剂,甲醛和二甲胺为阳离子化试剂,通过接枝聚合反应获得聚合产物,通过mannich反应进行阳离子化,制备新型的疏水缔合阳离子淀粉絮凝剂。并测定接枝率和胺化度,最后进行絮凝效果试验。结果]新型疏水缔合阳离子淀粉絮凝剂的最佳合成工艺条件为:单体质量比为1∶3,引发剂用量为1.25%(单体),反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4 h,疏水单体比例为10%;mannich反应的最佳条件为:酰胺-甲醛-二甲胺的比例为1∶1∶1.5,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2 h。结论]该絮凝剂具有良好的絮凝效果。

Studies on Preparation of Hydrophobic Associating Cationic Starch Flocculant and its Flocculation Properties

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to prepare a new hydrophobic associating cationic starch flocculant and research its flocculation properties.Method] With the starch as raw material,the acrylamide and vinyl acetate as the monomer,the potassium sulfate as the initiator,a few ethanol as the mutual solvent and the formaldehyde and dimethylamine as the reagent for the cationization,the polymerization product was obtained through the grafted polymerization reaction and the a new hydrophobic associating cationic starch flocculant was prepared through the mannich reaction for the cationization.The grafted rate and amination rate were determined and finally the test of flocculation effect was conducted.Result] The best synthetic process conditions for the new hydrophobic associating cationic starch flocculant was as follows: the mass ratio of starch-monomers being 1∶3,the initiator dosage of 1.25%(based on monomer),reaction temperature of 60 ℃,reaction time of 4 h,and the hydrophobic monomer ratio was 10%.The optimum reaction conditions for the Mannich reaction was as follows: the amide-formaldehyde-dimethylamine ratio of 1∶1∶1.5,reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h.Conclusion] The flocculant had good flocculation effect.
