摘    要:目的]研究从蚕沙中提取叶绿素铜钠盐和果胶的方法,以综合利用蚕沙资源,变废为宝。方法]以蚕沙为原料,采用有机溶剂提取法提取叶绿素铜钠盐,用活性炭对果胶脱色。结果]蚕沙中叶绿素铜钠盐的最佳提取条件为:预处理好的蚕沙50 g采用95%乙醇作为提取剂,500 ml 8%NaOH溶液于70℃水浴中浸提5 h;提取果胶的最佳条件为:在恒温水浴60℃的情况下脱色120 min,沉析时的pH为3.5,沉析温度为50℃,HCl用量为1.5~2.0 ml。结论]得到的叶绿素铜钠盐和果胶的主要技术指标符合国家标准。

Abstract:Objective] The object was to study the method for extracting the sodium copper chlorophyll and pectin from the silkworm excrement so as to utilize the silkworm excrement resource comprehensively and change the waste material into the things of value.Method] With the silkworm excrement as the raw material,the sodium copper chlorophyll was extracted by the organic solvent extraction and the pectin was decolorized by the activated carbon.Result] The optimum conditions for extracting the sodium copper chlorophyll were as follows: using 95% ethanol as the extracting agent,the 50 g pretreated silkworm excrement were extracted with 500 ml 8% NaOH solution in a water bath at 70 ℃ for 5 h;the optimum conditions for extracting the pectin were as follows: the decolonization of 120 min under the water bath with the constant temperature at 60 ℃,pH of 3.5 in the precipitation,the precipitation temperature of 50 ℃ and the HCl dosage of 1.5-2.0 ml.Conclusion] The major technical indicators for obtained sodium copper chlorophyll and pectin accorded with the national standard.
