在大量实例调查的基础上,总结出当前土地估价业务的新特点和现行收费标准的局限性,统计分析得到适宜的行业各岗位的平均工资及各种业务的平均工时,结合国际通用收费办法以及国内行业发展趋势、行业管理的要求,探讨以"人工时"计费的新收费模型,并在此基础上提出该收费模型实施的保障措施。

Research on the Model of Land Valuation Fees

Based on a large number of case studies,the new characteristics of current land valuation business and the limitations of present charge standard were summarized,the average wages of each post and the average hours of each business were statistically analyzed.According to the international charge standard as well as the development trend and requirements of domestic land valuation industry,the new charge model based on man-hours was discussed,and the measures to guarantee the implementation of this model were presented.
