赶黄草提取液与抗菌药联用对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌研究

目的]测定赶黄草水煎液与碱提液分别与阿米卡星、环丙沙星、四环素、阿莫西林联合用药时对离体金黄色葡萄球菌的分级抑菌浓度指数(FIC),比较分析联合用药效果。方法]分别用水煎和碱提法提取赶黄草的有效成分,然后通过微量肉汤稀释法测取各种药物单独用药与联合用药时的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算出FIC。结果]赶黄草水煎液与四环素联合用药对鸭源金黄色葡萄球菌及赶黄草碱提液与阿米卡星联合用药后对金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株表现为相加作用外,其余赶黄草碱提液与水煎液分别与四种抗菌药联合用药对金葡标`准菌株及鸭源菌株均表现为无关作用。结论]结果为临床使用赶黄草中西联合用药防治鸭葡萄球菌病提供了理论依据。

Study on the in vitro Antibacterial Effect of Penthorum chinense Extracts Combined with Antibiotics against Staphylococcus aureus

Objective] To study the fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) of the decoction and alkali extracts of Penthorum chinense respectively combined with Amikacin,Ciprofloxacin,Tetracycline and Amoxicillin to the isolated Staphylococcus aureus,and compare their combined therapies.Method] The effective components was obtained from the decoction and alkali extracts of Penthorum chinense,then the MIC of drugs used alone and combined was calculated by broth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test,thus the FIC could be figured out.Result] Only the combined therapies of P.chinense decoction and Tetracycline as well as the combined therapies of P.chinense alkali extracts and Amikacin had antibacterial effect on duck Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion] The research provided theoretical support for the control of duck S.aureus by the traditional Chinese Penthorum chinense and western medicines.
