| 摘 要： | 对广西贮藏烟叶霉变发生状况和主要霉变因素的调查研究结果表明,广西各地烟仓霉变现象较为普遍。已明确霉菌属类有曲霉(Aspergillus)、青霉(Penicillum)、根霉(Rhizopus)和毛霉(Muor),其中曲霉为优势种群,分布广、为害大。每年的5~9月份是贮藏烟叶霉变的重要时段。贮藏烟叶是否霉变及霉变程度如何与烟仓的设施条件和仓贮管理工作好坏密切相关。温度、湿度和烟叶含水量是影响贮藏烟叶霉变的三大因素,湿度为主导因素。 |

| Abstract: | The results of investigation showed that tobacco mildew caused by fungi during storage in Guangxi were prevalent and the main fungi were Aspergillus,Penicillum,Rhizopus and Muor.Among them,Aspergillus spp.was the dominant one,which distributed widely and caused great lose of tobacco.In each year,the severe period of tobacco mildew is from May to September.Whether the mildew occurred or not and the severity of mildew dependes on the storage facility and management.Temperature,moisture and tobacco moisture content(m.c.) were the three main factors for tobacco being moldy,and moisture was the major factor influencing the severity of mildew. |
