中国农业企业化经营探源——农业企业化创新研究之一

对我国目前进行的农业企业化经营进行了探源研究,认为:家庭联产承包责任制的推行,赋予了农户以生产经营自主权、决策权和产品的处置权,为农业企业化经营提供了条件和可能;乡镇企业发展是农业企业化经营的具体实践,揭示了农业企业化经营的客观必然性,发展的必要性、可行性和广泛适应性;农业产业化经营是农业企业化的继续,是农业企业化的“三化”之一;农业合作经济组织是农业企业化经营的重要形式,而不是手段。农业企业化伴随着家庭联产承包责任制的推行、乡镇企业的发展和农业产业化经营而全面推开、推进。

Research on innovation of the agricultural enterprises I. Discussion on the management source of agricultural enterprises

In the paper,the sources of current management on agricultural enterprises in China was discussed,it was considered that pushing household contract responsibility system has given the peasants the right to manage the production by themselves and the right of making decision and dealing with the products.This practice has made great advantages and possibility to agricultural enterprises management.The development of rural enterprises is the specific practice of agricultural enterprises management,and it indicated the objective inevitability of the agricultural enterprises management,and the necessity,feasibility and a wide adaptation of development.The management of agricultural industrialization is the continuance of the management of agricultural enterprises and is one of the "three forms" of the agricultural enterprises management.The agricultural co-operating economic organization is an important form of the management of agricultural enterprises but not a means of it.The management of agricultural enterprises will be extended and pushed on quickly,with the extension of household contract responsibility system and the development of rural enterprises and the management of the agricultural industrial management.
