| 摘 要： | FoxO蛋白家族是2000年才公布统一命名的蛋白质家族,其中FoxO1是FoxO亚家族中的主要成员之一。作者在综述FoxO1的结构及其分布的基础上,重点探讨了其与生物代谢、氧化应激、动物肌细胞分化和肌纤维类型转化、动物繁殖等方面的生物学功能。

| Abstract: | FoxO proteins were unified nomenclature in 2000.Among them,FoxO1 is one of the main member of the subfamily.This paper points out the structure and distribution of FoxO1,and highligts its biological function on biological metabolism,oxidative stress,differentiation of skeletal muscle cells and transformation of muscle fiber types in animals,and animal reproduction. |
