金霉素和其代谢物胁迫对小白菜幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性及累积效应的影响

摘    要:
通过水培实验研究了在1,10和30 mg/L浓度下,金霉素(chlortetracycline, CTC)和其代谢物差向金霉素(4-epi-chlortetracycline, ECTC)胁迫对小白菜种子的萌发、幼苗的早期生长、幼苗中抗氧化酶系统活性的变化以及CTC和ECTC积累进行了研究。结果表明,根长较其他指标对CTC和ECTC生态毒性实验更为敏感,小白菜体内SOD、POD和CAT活性被CTC诱导,活性逐渐升高,其中SOD、POD活性均高于对照,低浓度ECTC促进了SOD、POD和CAT活性的升高,高浓度时POD和CAT活性被抑制,且随浓度升高,抑制作用加强,表明小白菜抗CTC胁迫的能力强于ECTC。CTC和ECTC能在小白菜地上部分积累,处理浓度越高,吸收和积累量越多,其中CTC被积累作用强于ECTC。
