果树根际微生态研究现状及展望

摘    要:果树根际微生态系统是以果树-土壤-微生物及其环境条件为主要内容的微生态系统。从系统角度概括了果树根际营养、土壤酶、土壤微生物、根际线虫及根系分泌物间的相互关系和相互作用,并指明果树根际微生态应在样品采集、土壤养分调控、根系分泌物作用机制和线虫病害等方面开展深入研究,通过合理栽培管理措施改善根际环境,为果树正常生长提供良好的土壤微生态环境。

Abstract:The rhizosphere micro-system of fruit trees is the micro-ecosystem mainly including fruit trees, rhizosphere soil, microorganism and their environmental conditions. This paper summarizes rhizosphere nutrient, soil enzymes, microorganism, rhizosphere nematodes and root exudates and their mutual relations and interactions from system perspective. Further studies should be focused on sampling, soil nutrient regulation, mechanism of root exudates and nematodes disease of fruit trees. Soil rhizosphere condition of fruit tree will be improved by rational cultivation and improvement of management measures, thus to provide better soil micro-ecology conditions for the normal growth and development of fruit trees.
