超声波辅助提取紫苏叶总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:
[目的]为充分利用紫苏叶资源,研究超声波辅助提取紫苏叶总黄酮的工艺条件。[方法]以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究超声波辅助提取紫苏叶总黄酮的工艺条件。[结果]影响紫苏叶总黄酮超声波辅助提取效果的主次因素为:水浴温度>乙醇浓度>超声时间>料液比,紫苏叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为30倍量40%乙醇超声提取40min,然后70℃水浴浸提1h。[结论]优化的提取方法效率高,总黄酮的提取率可达4.03%。
