蓝靛果绿枝扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:以蓝靛果半木质化枝条为试验材料,采用正交试验设计研究了基质、激素、处理浓度、处理时间4个因素对插条生根的影响。结果表明:基质为珍珠岩、激素为ABT、浓度为500mg/L、时间为2h的处理插素生根率最高,可达90%。而基质为炉灰渣、激素为IAA、浓度为300mg/L、时间为2h的处理插条生根率最差,生根率仅为3.3%。

Abstract:By using semi-lignified branches of Lonicera edulis, the effects of four factors including matrix , hormone, treatment concentration, and treatment time on the rooting amount of greenwood cutting with the orthogonal design were studied. The results showed that when rooting was treated under the matrix of perlite, with 500 mg/L ABT as hormone, and for 2 h, its rooting rate reached the highest (90% ). When rooting was treated under the matrix of furnace, with 300 mg/L IAA as hormone, and for 2 h, its rooting rate was only 3.3%.
