摘    要:科学传播林业碳汇的自然地理形成机制和经济社会价值及其在应对全球气候变化中的作用和贡献,提升公众对林业碳汇概念、技术、市场及政策的科学认知,有利于正确引导全民参与“双碳”战略目标实现以及展示中国在全球气候治理舆论场中的国际形象和大国担当。文中梳理了我国提出“双碳”目标以来林业碳汇在国内和国外主流媒体、新媒体及社交媒体等网络平台上的传播现状,指出当前我国林业碳汇科学传播存在科学概念抽象复杂、官方主流舆论出现分歧、科学家参与积极性不高,以及对外传播力不足等难点和问题;针对上述问题,分析提出构建以科学家群体为“意见领袖”的林业碳汇科学传播体系,以及明晰林业碳汇支持政策、促进林业碳汇科普与科技创新协同发展、强化林业碳汇知识培训和科学传播人才培养、常态化科学设置林业碳汇议题、重视开展对外传播等策略建议。

Strategies for Science-based Forestry Sequestration Dissemination to Achieve the National Goals of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality

Abstract:The science-based dissemination of natural-geographical formation mechanism and economic-social values of forestry sequestration as well as their role in combating global climate change can enhance the public’s understandings of the concept, technology, market and policy of forestry sequestration. Furthermore, it is conducive to correctly bringing the people to contribute to realizing the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and also helps facilitate the exhibition of China’s international image as a responsible power in the global climate governance. This paper reviews the current dissemination of forestry sequestration on mainstream media, new media and social media at home and abroad since China releases the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and finds that the dissemination has been confronted with the difficulties and problems like filling with being abstract and complex scientific concepts, divergent opinions on official mainstream media, low enthusiasm of scientists to participate, and insufficient international communication. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes the strategies to boost the dissemination, which include developing a science-based communication system of forestry sequestration with scientists as “opinion leaders”, specifying the support policies for forestry sequestration, promoting the synergy development of science popularization and sci-tech innovation, strengthening knowledge training and communication talent cultivation, setting forestry sequestration as the regular issues for external communication, and attaching importance to international publicity.
