根结线虫的寄生菌物生物多样性

摘    要:从福建省8个县(市)采集的果树、蔬菜、花卉等作物根结线虫样本上,分离得到24属、868株菌物分离物,显示了根结线虫寄生菌物的物种多样性.淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyceslilacinus)和厚孢轮枝孢(Verticilliumchlamydosporium)为优势种群.根结线虫的寄生菌物以卵寄生菌物为主,寄生性菌物区系和优势种群与根结线虫寄主植物关系密切.

Abstract:Twenty-four genera, 868 isolates of parasitic fungi were obtained from samples of the root-knot nematode collected from roots of fruit plants, vegetables and flowers in 10 counties (cities) of Fujian Province, and showed that biodiversity of parasitic fungi in root-knot nematode. Paecilomyces lilacinus and Verticillium chlamydosporium were the dominant populations of parasitic fungi. The parasitic fungi were mainly the parasitic fungi of root-knot nematode eggs, the floras of parasitic fungi and the dominant populations were closely related to the host plants of root-knot nematode.
