遮荫对海姆维斯蒂子叶片解剖 结构及生长量的影响

摘    要:对海姆维斯蒂栒子进行遮荫处理,通过对叶片解剖结构、新梢生长等指标进行观察和测定,探讨其耐荫能 力。结果表明;遮盖三层遮阳网(透光率8.0%)处理下的气孔密度极显著低于其他处理,其他处理间的差异不显著;各处 理下的气孔大小、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比相互间差异不显著;全光照和一层遮荫(透光率45.7%)处理下的叶片厚 度无显著差异,但极显著高于三层遮荫、显著高于两层遮荫(透光率17.5%)处理;全光照处理下新梢总生长量显著高于 遮荫处理,节间长度极显著低于遮荫处理。综合各测定指标及形态观察认为,海姆维斯蒂栒子在全光照条件下生长发 育良好,但也具有一定耐荫性,在一层遮荫处理(即光照为22 864 lx,透光率为的45.7%)的条件下也可以正常生长。

Influence of shading on the leaf anatomical structure and growth increment of Cotonester hjelmqvistii Flinck and Turcz
Abstract:Cotonester hjelmqvistii Flinck and Turcz was treated with shading to study its shade-tolerance by examining the biologic indicators like leaf anatomical structure and new shoot growth increment. The results showed that the stomatal density of the leaf covered with three layers of shade nets (with 8.0% light transmission rate ) was significantly lower than that under the other treatments, there were no significant differences of stomatal density among the other treatments. There were no significant difference in the field of pore size ratio of palisade and spongy tissue thickness among each treatment. Leaf thickness under full sunlight was significantly higher than that covered with two layers of shade nets (with 17.5% light transmittance) and was very significantly higher than that treated with three layers, but had no significant difference with one layer cover treatment (with 45.7% light transmittance). The new shoot growth increment under full light condition was significantly higher than that of the shading treatments, the internodes length under full light condition was very significantly lower than shading treatments. Conclusions could be drawn from indexes evaluated and the observation that C. hjelmqvistii Flinck and Turcz grew well under full light condition and also had shade-tolerance in a certain degree and could grow normally under one layer of shading net with 22 864 lx of light intensity and 45.7% of light transmission rate.
