| Abstract: | Though alfalfa glycosides as antinutrition factor limitted wide application of alfalfa in animal husbandry,the result of study showed that alfalfa glycosides could reduce plasma cholesterol of monogastric animal,and offered the safe,sanitary livestock product to mankind.For this reason,the physics and chemistry characters,preparation and biological functions of the alfalfa glycosides were reviewed in the article. |
