摘 要: | 缩节胺是一种新型的植物生长调节剂,目前,尚未见有缩节胺在华南地区珍珠豆型花生上的应用研究报道。笔者进行不同浓度的缩节胺对南方花生生长发育影响的应用试验。结果表明:花生施用缩节胺药剂500mg/kg~1 000mg/kg可提高SOD酶活性、降低MDA含量,对花生降低株高,提高抗逆性,粗壮茎秆,提高叶片中叶绿素含量,降低后期POD酶活性,促进光合产物向荚果转移有明显效果;施用不同浓度的缩节胺均可提高饱果数、荚果重和产量,尤以500mg/kg和1 000mg/kg处理增产效果明显。

Abstract: | Mepiquat chloride is a new type of plant growth regulator.Currently,there are still no reports about DPC applied on pearl-vulgaris peanut in Southern China.The effects of DPC on the growth and development of peanut were studied.Results showed that DPC at concentrations of 500mg/kg ~1000mg/kg helped to improve SOD activity and the chlorophyll content,reduce the content of MDA in peanut leaves and POD activity in the late period of peanut development.The heights of peanut stem were shorter than CK,and stress resistances of peanut were enhanced.At the same time,DPC could promote the photosynthetic products transferred to the pod.In result,the number of full fruit,pod weight and yield of peanut were increased. |
