NaCl胁迫对紫薇种子萌发的影响

采用培养皿发芽法研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对紫薇种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着浓度升高,紫薇种子发芽率、发芽指数、简化活力指数、株高、根长、根/冠、子叶面积、子叶叶绿素含量下降;种子细胞膜透性增加;子叶POD活性表现为先升高后下降的单峰曲线。去除胁迫后,只有0.1%NaCl胁迫的幼苗能继续生长,其它幼苗停止生长或种子不能萌发。

Effects of NaCl Stress on Seed Germination of Lagerstroemia indica L.

The effects of salt stress of different concentration NaCl on seed germination of Lagerstroemia indica L.in Petri dish were studied.The results showed the decrease happened in germination rate,germination index,simplified vigor index,height of seedling,length of root,root top ratio in length,area and chlorophyll content of cotyledon under the stress of NaCl with a gradually-increasing concentration.The electric conductivity of exudates seeds increased.The POD activity showed a singlet curve which reached the peak value at 0.1% NaCl and then went down significantly.Only did the growth of seedlings stressed by 0.1% NaCl continued growing when the stress was removed,whereas other seedling stopped growing of seeds couldn't germination.
