| 摘 要： | 以引进的意大利多元化砧木品种Penta的茎段为外植体,进行了快速繁殖研究.结果表明:合适的启动培养基为MS BA 1.0mg/L IBA 0.3 mg/L;合适的增殖培养基为Ms 6BA 1.0 rng/L IBA 0.3 mg/L LAA 0.3 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L;合适的生根培养基为1/2 MS(大) IBA 1.0 mg/L;移栽以3条根以上的试管苗在蛭石:土为5:3的基质中移栽成活率最高.

| Abstract: | Using the stem-segment with axilary buds as the explant,the rapid propagation of Italian Versatile Rootstock Penta was studied.The results showed:(1)The suitable medium for induction culture was MS BA 1.0 mg/L IBA 0.3 mg/L;(2)The suitable multiplication medium was MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L IBA 0.3 mg/L IAA 0.3 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L;(3) The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS IBA 1.0 mg/L;(4)Transition cultivating rate of tissue culture seedlings with more than 3 roots was best in the 3/5 mixed soil and vermiculite. |
