| 摘 要： | 民国时期湖南自然灾害异常频繁，自然灾害的发生是自然原因与社会原因交互作用的结果。自然原因主要有地质、地理、气候以及自然生态方面的因素。社会原因主要有社会政治与社会经济两个方面。

| Abstract: | Natural disaster during the Republic of China was abnormally frequent,it is the result of interaction both by social reason and natural reason.The natural reasons mainly include the aspects of geology,geography,climate and natural ecology,the social reasons include two aspects of social politics and social economy. |
