摘    要:
对CYTB基因全长1140bp序列进行分析的结果表明,10个品种的20条CYTB碱基序列中共发现10种单倍型,黄牛中单倍型较少.共检测到98个变异位点,未发现插入和缺失,牦牛和黄牛除了异亮氨酸以外有着相同的密码子偏好.将核酸序列转换成氨基酸序列后,黄牛表现的遗传差异更小,18个个体分享5种氨基酸序列单倍型,共有6个氨基酸突变位点,8个突变氨基酸.

Abstract:
Ten haploids were found in twenty sequences of ten breeds analysing 1 140 bp sequence of CYTB gene. Haploids occured less in yellow cattle. No insertion or deletion occured and 98 mutations were tested. The yellow cattle and Yak had the same codon bias except the isoleucine codon. While the nuclein diploid sequences translated to amino acids sequences, the yellow cattle showed little genetic variation and 18 individials shared 5 haploids, existed 6 mutation sites of amino acids and 8 amino acids mutations.
